    How to find us on the day of your visit

     If you haven’t been to the vineyard before, please follow directions, as the postcode takes you to the wrong end of the village and we can be a little tricky to find!

    I have received a Gift Card for a tour. How do I redeem this?

    Answer

    If you have received a Gift Card for one of our tours or wines you can redeem your voucher by signing up for an account online, this is the best way to keep a track of your spending. Alternatively, visit our website, simply book a tour on an available date of your choosing, go through the checkout process as normal, and at the payment process simply enter the unique code that you received on receipt of your Gift Card. Confirm the checkout and you will receive confirmation via email of your booking, bring this along with you on the day, either in an email or as printout.

    Can I purchase wine during my visit to the Vineyard?

    Answer

    If you would like to purchase any further wine then please bring cash or cheque as we don’t take card at the vineyard.

    What should I wear when visiting the vineyard?

    Answer

    If its wet please bring suitable footwear and a coat – wellies recommended!

    If you have any food allergies or are vegetarian then please let us know straight away.

    How long is a tour of the Vineyard?

    The tour at Glyndwr Vineyard lasts approximately two hours.

    Commitment to the environment

    We care a lot about the environment and urge you to bring your own bags if you wish to benefit from the “tour day discounts” available here at the vineyard.

    Cancellation Policies

    Answer

    If you notify us more than one week prior to a pre-booked visit that you cannot attend, we will, where possible, offer you another date of our choice. With less than a weeks notice we cannot, under any circumstances, change the date of your booking. *You are welcome to offer the voucher to someone else to take your place so please have someone on standby if you are worried you might not be able to attend on the day.
